REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed within standard business timelines and shipped using third-party carriers such as Purolator.
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
DELIVERY & LIABILITY
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
NursingShoes.ca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must:
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation
• File a report with local authorities if theft is suspected
We are happy to assist by providing shipping documentation if needed.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NursingShoes.ca is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered) or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
CHARGEBACKS & CLAIMS
By placing an order with NursingShoes.ca, the customer agrees to this policy.
Chargebacks filed for orders that have been confirmed as delivered may be disputed with the carrier’s delivery confirmation, tracking records, and this policy.
