refund policy
We guarantee to refund or Exchange unworn items when you return it in sell-able condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 7 days after receiving the shoes. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. In case of an exchange, once we receive the item, we will ship out the exchange at no cost to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable If free shipping was provided then a $16 shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Clearance items are a final sale.
WIDE SHOES
Please note that most wide shoes come with a special insole that gives more room to your foot. Please be careful when opening the packaging as we are not able to accept returns on Insoles that the packaging is not in the original condition.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
- Please email us with the exchange/return request with your order number and the replacement size/style if needed.
- We will email you back an RA# and return address within 24 hours.
- Once we receive the item we will issue a refund or send out the replacement.
- We are unable to process returns past the above time frame.
